Aghada Power Station
In April 2010 CET completed the Structured Cabling Installation in Aghada Power Station which was a €400m investment by the ESB to construct a 430MW CCGT unit.
Scope of Works
The Structured Cabling Installation was Krone ADC Cat6 FTP and consisted of approx. 550 outlets. There was also a site wide fibre optic installation linking 14 different buildings

The production from the Laggan-Tormore project is expected to be around 93,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
CET works on this project was to provide 300 in number single mode fibre optic terminations for the linking of structures and the CCTV system.
This project was with high constraint due to weather and programming.
